A website for a church: a clear "I'm new" path, service times and a plan-your-visit form
A church website needs three things a newcomer can do from a phone: find the service times, learn what to expect, and tell the church they are coming. Our live demo, Wildmeadow Church, does all three today, and we build a church's own version free from your work order in 2 to 3 business days; the website itself then costs $30 a month with everything in it.
For you, that means you can show a pastor or church office the finished thing in five minutes and charge your own fee for setting it up and looking after it.
What a church asks for
- An "I'm new" path on every page. One button leads first-timers to Plan your visit, with the questions they ask: what to wear, where to park, how long a service lasts.
- A plan-your-visit form. Newcomers say which Sunday and which service they are coming to and whether they bring children, so someone can meet them at the door; it lands in the admin and by e-mail.
- Service times, kids and students in plain words, including how children are checked in and kept safe.
- Groups, serving and events. Where people find their people, with dates and a button for each event.
- Watch online and give online. A Watch page for the church's live stream and past talks, and a Give page. On the demo there is no stream and no money is taken; both pages say so.
- Answers at 10 PM. The site's AI concierge answers questions about times, parking and kids from the site's own facts.
- An app on members' phones, built in: every iNterGine site installs on a phone like an app; try it on the demo.
What a newcomer sees, on a phone

A five-minute walk-through for the meeting: hand your phone over on the demo's home page; tap I'm new to reach Plan your visit and show the form and the questions (do not send it); open Sundays and Groups; then show the demo tour. Wildmeadow is a fictitious church in East Austin, its people, times and events are invented, and its photos were made with the site's own picture AI: say so when you show it.
What it costs the church, and what you earn
We build the website free from your work order, in 2 to 3 business days. The website then costs $360 a year ($30 a month), with everything in it: online store, booking, forms, blog, members area, phone app and SEO tools. Your set-up fee and your monthly care fee come on top, and you keep all of it; iNterGine takes no cut. How to set them: how much to charge for a small business website.
Where something else may fit better
- Churches that run giving, member records and child check-in in church-management software should keep it; their website can link to its giving and sign-up pages.
- Streaming: the website does not stream by itself. The church streams with its usual service (for example YouTube) and the Watch page shows that video.
- Owners who want to design every detail themselves may prefer Wix's editor and template library.
Need something extra that the site does not do yet? Our in-house app development team can build it.
Questions churches ask
Can we use our own times, people and photos?
Yes. The work order asks for the service times, ministries, events and photos; the demo's church and pictures are only examples.
Where do plan-your-visit forms go?
Into the site's admin, and by e-mail to the address the church chooses.
Can people give online?
Through the site's own checkout, once the church connects a payment gateway such as PayPal. The demo's Give page takes no money.
How long until the site is live?
We build it in 2 to 3 business days from the work order.
